Terms of use

The service

Wonek Video Studio is a video editing and AI production app for Mac published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your content and your keys

Use only footage, images, audio and text you own or have permission to use. API keys you enter are yours; usage billed by LTX, Google, OpenAI or any other provider is between you and that provider, and the cost estimates in the app are estimates.

AI output

Generated video, images, voices, clips, captions, translations and thumbnails may be inaccurate, unsuitable or subject to the provider's and the platform's rules. Review everything before you publish, disclose altered content where a platform requires it, and do not use the app to impersonate real people or mislead.

Publishing

Uploads to YouTube are subject to YouTube's terms. The app guarantees no views, reach or revenue.

Subscriptions

Pro renews monthly or yearly according to your App Store settings unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. The free week converts to a paid month unless cancelled before it ends. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you. Bundled models and libraries are used under their own licences.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
